Warranty Claim

Basically, we provide a 1-year machine service warranty with every watch.
If any issue occurs within 1 year (excluding physical damage), we will service the watch completely free of charge.
If a problem arises within the warranty period, the watch must be sent to our designated courier location. The customer will bear the cost of sending the watch.
After servicing, when we send the watch back to you via home delivery, the return delivery cost will be covered by Men’s Wear.
